Question
i know that i have a social anxiety disorder but i always just ignore it and dont tell anyone. but thats not the point of my question. Do anxiety disorders relate to ADD. sometimes i can concentrate. while readinga book , or when given instructions to do something like being told " get the blue pen that should be on the desk next to my papers"- it may be right there in my face but i cant concentrate on what they are telling me. *sometimes i *cant* concentrate
